Group Therapy

create connections – get support – sharpen relational skills – learn about emotions,
how to process your own and how to be present with others emotions

Group therapy allows individuals to develop self-awareness by listening to and interacting with others with similar issues.

There is nothing like the support, shared experience, and thoughts of like-minded individuals getting together for similar goals.

Many emotional concerns have an interpersonal component. This group provides a safe setting in which to work on interpersonal relationships.

You will understand more about how you relate to others through experience and real-time feedback.

I offer these groups:

Group Therapy for Healthy Relationships

The group will focus on whatever you want to discuss and issues associated with interpersonal relationships. So, bring your goals, get support and accountability, and learn about yourself from being in relationship with others.

The group will not only provide support on personal goals, but will help you to better understand and manage complicated dynamics that inherently arise in all relationships – romantic, familial, friendship, or professional – and to process the thoughts and emotions that come up.

The group aims to be a supportive place for people interested in getting better at developing relationship skills.

This is an ongoing group. Call me for more information (541) 668-5288.

Yoga/Meditation Therapy Group for Support and Self-Care

Eight weeks to increased emotional fluency.

Each week there will be a topic, such as fear to peace, sadness to love/reverence, or anger to power.

There will be a short yoga/mediation practice to help you explore the topic in your life and tools to transform the experience and find the “gift” of these challenging emotions.

There is also time to learn from each other and share.

8-week group. Call me today at (541) 668-5288 to find out more.
